1. What this Site is

Extramarital Affair publishes general informational articles about relationships, infidelity, Indian family law, Vedic astrology, and emotional recovery. It is a publication, not a professional service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, stalking, or surveillance of another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or its admin systems.
Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission (see section 5).
Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.

Important. Some articles discuss how infidelity is discovered. That information is provided to help people understand their own situation — not to enable surveillance of another adult. Intercepting someone else's communications may be a criminal offence, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India. 5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, layout, design, graphics — is owned by Extramarital Affair or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. You may not reproduce full articles without written permission.

Stock photography is licensed from third-party providers and may not be extracted for separate use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
