Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 August 2026
By accessing https://extramaritals.com (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
Extramarital Affair publishes general informational articles about relationships, infidelity, Indian family law, Vedic astrology, and emotional recovery. It is a publication, not a professional service.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on this Site is legal advice, medical advice, psychological treatment, or financial advice, and no lawyer-client, doctor-patient, or therapist-client relationship is created by reading it. See our full Disclaimer.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, stalking, or surveillance of another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or its admin systems.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission (see section 5).
- Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.
4. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, layout, design, graphics — is owned by Extramarital Affair or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. You may not reproduce full articles without written permission.
Stock photography is licensed from third-party providers and may not be extracted for separate use.
6. Third-party links and advertising
The Site contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of those third parties. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising Disclosure.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Laws change; astrology is a belief system, not science; and individual circumstances vary enormously.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extramarital Affair and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any decision you make based on its content.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extramarital Affair against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
